We need a Senior/Managing Attorney with at least 10+ years in experience in Divorce & Family Law. The ideal candidate will be able to take initiative on work that needs to be done and complete tasks with minimal hand-holding and cost-efficient strategies and measures. The ideal candidate will not only manage their own caseload and client with grace, but will also ensure that the firm’s legal team is hitting their goals and providing the best client experience possible, from a legal perspective and otherwise.
This is a full-time job where you are expected to manage a full caseload, so you absolutely must be able to work *in the office* for 40 hours per week. In addition to a salary, there is an opportunity for bonus compensation for those who can demonstrate their profitability,
