We are a law firm devoted only to the practice of divorce and family law. Carrie S. Schultz, Esq., is a board certified attorney in matrimonial law by the Supreme Court of New Jersey. To be certified, an attorney must have significant trial/court experience and pass a rigorous written test. To maintain the certification, the attorneys must take substantial continuing legal education classes specifically in the area of family law. Carrie has extensive experience in divorce and family law cases in both New Jersey and New York. For more about each attorney qualifications, please see the attorney Bio section.

Our firm treats you with respect and can communicate in an efficient and effective manner; we talk to you in plain English and make sure you understand all of the nuances, aspects, and options of your case. We will give you realistic advice and ask you to strategize with us; we are problem solvers and work extremely well with people. We care. Truly care. We are proficient in negotiating on your behalf, while also extremely comfortable advocating and being aggressive as needed for your interests in court. We work by a team style approach, with you being a vital member of that team. We strive to have a friendly and non-intimidating office atmosphere and promise that you will always have access to your lawyer.
