Vincent brings over 45 years of dedicated experience in Divorce and Family Law. Formerly a Senior Partner at Celli Schlossberg DeMeo & Giusti P.C. in Parsippany, NJ, he is widely recognized for his expertise and leadership within the field. A Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Attorneys and an AAML-trained Arbitrator, Vincent is also an accredited mediator with the NJ Association of Professional Mediators. He serves as a mentor for mediators, domestic violence mediator, and is an active member of the MESP and Blue Ribbon Panels in Morris and Sussex counties.

Throughout his extensive career, Vincent has been involved in numerous judicial, academic, and community roles. He served as Law Secretary to the Hon. Neil G. Duffy, J.S.C., and was a Judge in the East Hanover Municipal Court. He has been recognized with the Equal Justice Medal by Legal Services of New Jersey and was named Project Self-Sufficiency Volunteer Attorney of the Year. An accomplished author and lecturer, Vincent has contributed to multiple publications and continuing legal education seminars, and has held numerous leadership and board positions across professional and civic organizations.
