We are an entrepreneurial divorce and family law firm that focuses on providing legal guidance to men and fathers. We are on track for aggressive growth and we need an experienced Senior/ Managing Attorney to join our team, hot the ground running, and be a total rockstar. The Senior/ Managing Attorney will work directly with the owner, supervise associate attorneys and delegate to the legal support team support to help our clients.
We want to be known for helping our clients come out of an extremely emotional process feeling as though they are a better person, in a better position, and that they had a team behind them that really cared and fought for them.

We need a Senior/Managing Attorney with at least 10+ years in experience specifically in Divorce & Family Law. The ideal candidate will be able to take initiative on work that needs to be done and complete tasks with minimal supervision and cost-efficient strategies and measures. <strong>The ideal candidate will not only manage their own caseload and clients with grace, but will also ensure that the firm’s legal team is hitting their goals and providing the best client experience possible, from a legal perspective and otherwise.</strong>
This is a full-time job where you are expected to manage a full caseload, so you absolutely must be able to work *in the office* for 40 hours per week. In addition to a salary, there is a bonus compensation.
