You May Be Wondering, What Exactly is a Case Evaluation? Is it the same as a Consultation? Essentially, yes, but with an important twist. Our Case Evaluations are specifically designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the situation you and your family are facing, gain clarity on the frustrations you and your children are experiencing, and identify opportunities to improve your situation immediately. It is a high-level assessment of your matter.
We will not bombard you with legal jargon or give you hasty legal advice during your Case Evaluation. Instead, we will work with you to determine if it makes sense for us to work together and evaluate the best approach for your legal matter.
Who Do I Meet With? During the Case Evaluation, you will meet with our experienced Director of Client Engagement, who will ask critical questions to understand your situation better. Our Director of Client Engagement has been trained by our attorneys to provide you with relevant and insightful guidance throughout your journey. Think of it as our own in-house Erin Brockovich paralegal type!
How Much Does A Case Evaluation Cost? We are pleased to offer complimentary Case Evaluations for first-time clients, and we only require a fully refundable* seat deposit to reserve your selected timeslot on our calendar. Regardless of whether you decide to hire us, we will refund your deposit at the conclusion of your Case Evaluation.
Our Case Evaluations are scheduled for up to one hour (60 minutes) and can be held via Zoom Video (preferred) or telephone. If you prefer an in-person session, please contact our office to meet directly with an attorney for an hourly fee.
