Danielle has practiced law for more than twenty years and handled hundreds of divorce, custody and domestic violence trials over the course of her career. During that time, she’s successfully argued multiple and successful appeals as both the appellate and the respondent.
She’s witnessed the biases that fathers, particularly single, minority fathers must overcome in the family court system and believes in being a strong advocate on their behalf.
Danielle was born and raised in Queens, New York and is a child of Haitian immigrants. She graduated from Loyola University, Maryland (BA) and Rutgers-Camden Law School. She is also a dedicated and passionate fan of the Philadelphia Eagles, Philadelphia 76ers and the New York Yankees.
